Our Philosophy:
Manage Chicago is located on the south side of Chicago at 433 W 119th St and incorporated in 2008. We like to say "we are in the Thick of IT". We are a very hands-on management company. We believe the key to success in the section 8 business is incredible property management. Thats why when we sell you a Manage Chicago property we stay on as the manager. Most other companies selling properties on the south side do not stay on to manage or refer another company, hence putting blame on that property management company if investment does not meet expectations. We are straight shooters at Manage Chicago - we fix something if it is broke and we bang on doors if CHA (section 8) or tenants do not pay their rent. We do not procrastinate. We currently manage 700 properties on the south side of Chicago.

Chris Amatore
President and Founder
Chris obtained his Bachelor degree in Business from Marquette University. He has a passion for Real Estate and acquired his Managing Brokers License in Real Estate. Chris has purchased and rehabbed over 600 properties and has obtained double digit returns for himself and investors. Chris holds a General Contractor License with the City of Chicago and is a member of the CHA Owners Council. He works with local churches to provide job opportunities for local youths. Chris also works with the City of Chicago to rehab and stabilize abandoned properties in the South Side of Chicago.
Kenneth McBrien
Vice President
Ken earned a Degree in Accounting and he also obtained his Managing broker's license. Ken has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and over 25 years of experience in Accounting {both service and managerial}. Here at Manage Chicago, Ken oversees over 500 units in the City of Chicago. Ken is also an active member of the local South Side community. Ken is a participant in neighborhood CAPS meetings, CHA Owner Council meetings and various Local Church events. Ken is also an current owner of CHA stabilized properties.
Leon Ivy
Designated Managing Broker
Leon is a real estate veteran with his Designated Broker's License and over 10 years of sales experience in the South Side of Chicago. As head of sales at Manage Chicago Leon has distinguished himself by earning several real estate awards, including Top Residential Producer and Top Neighborhood Producer. Leon was born and raised in Chicago, and he is active member of the South Side Neighborhood who also participates in many local area organizations. He is also currently an owner of CHA stabilized properties.
Adam Kelly
Insurance and Utilities Manager
Adam graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics. Here at Manage Chicago he leads the insurance department and also oversees the utilities department. Adam works hard to ensure that all investors are insured properly and that all bills are paid in a timely manner. His personal motto is "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" because he firmly believes that every position at Manage Chicago makes an impact towards future success in the industry.
